The CRPS 45 (center for psychosocial rehabilitation) is a rehabilitation unit created in December 2013 covering the Loiret department. They offer treatments including neurocognitive remediation activities (CRT [Cognitive Remediation Treatment] and RECOS [Cognitive Remediation in Schizophrenia]), and also IPT [Integrated Psychological Treatment] and Michael’s Game groups. Assessments are conducted before and after remediation.

The leading psychiatrist is Dr. Olland and the team includes a speech therapist specialized in neuropsychology, a psychologist specialized in CBT, a nurse and a manager.
